i try with usb and RJ45 cable to unlock T385b but without success

imeinummer in log is "fake" i changed this in this text

I flashed/updated this phone now fromh 10H to 10I , this make no different, always the message eep access blocked

Use another box to unlock it or go to sales section and buy unlock code.

Hi, have the same problem with all new infineon like T385,T565b,T500..I can connect this phones only with usb,how to connect via microusb adapter?You connect switched on or off phone and with or without battery?
