UFS + HWK stop working, Odia please look... - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have UFS3 and org. HWK inside since begining of sale.
I have working with some LG phone and evrything was OK, HWK was working
like usuall, but then afther reconect UFS it gives me and error and searching
for activation file. I dont even remmember when have I last time use any
activation for ufs ( maybe freia )

!

When I start Update Client and when it connects to box, it gives me
message " Licsnse 5 not active ", and nothing works.
Where is problem and how to solve it?

UFS is working 100%, I have test it with JAF software and select UFS as
desired device. Evrything was working OK, but HWK SW will not work ( cant connect )!.

ur ufs serial is currupted
try flash it with ufstool
best thing to do wait ur reseller for support

Yes, I have see that, but in STATUS BAR, my box serial is correct !
Only in main form window is ( - 86072142 ), which is incorrect.
Is there any HWK team member that can provide solution for this or any
caind of help how to solve this pb???

Try to run the update client and click next, wait .... quit (No need to run Start HWK Update), record the log and post here, you can also try your box after this and check the status, use DCTxBB5.

The problem is with your UFS box, the test via JAF means nothing, since it does not boot the box, only uses the communication.

I have repair it yesterday, afther no response from any of HWK team, I decide to
flash box with new firmware & eeprom. Afther that I start upgrade client,
and box was updated. Now is working again and evrything is OK!

upgrade client " License 5 not active ".

At least, it works now!
