hi, since I updated to HWK suit v2.0, I can't unlock any E800 phone at all because they won't go into TAT mode when I click mobile info. therefor, no code can be read, same problem with the E820. This problem only happen within the "OM/SWift" model. can anyone please help?

The drivers are in a sub-directory of Program Files/SarasSoft/UFS, you can install them from there after installing the new versions.
