i am a new user of hwk.installed

HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000
HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000

now i can download from support area with out any problem-but when open software windows an error as below

""UNEXCEPTED EXCEPTION-BOX AUTH ERROR 20""-

reinstall all and drivers -still no scope-

help me
