Restart PC and boot in safe mode with command prompt... Now rename shell32.dll located at ur windows/system32 directory... After renaming...run the shell32.exe and it will extract the new shell32.dll in that directory... I suggested to rename and not delete the original shell32.dll for backup purposes...
