Unlock Samsung L760v problem - GSM-Forum

hello

I'm trying to unlock a Samsung L760v with UFS + HWK + USB cable original for the mobile and this give me the error "Unsupported Firmware or not SIM Inserted"

Any idea on how to solve the problem?

I have the SIM card inserted and QUALCOMM selected and after 2 minutes appears SIM not Inserted or Unsupported Firmware .

need z3x box the best tested 100%

so dont try to unlock with hwk

use : usb cable
do : chekc port
do : info
do : unlock

on hwk de option info and de option unlock dont unlock the phone, only reset the security code tested by me.

to unlock theme only on the option QCDI info but on the L760v i have dont work.

i think my L760v have any change on the hardware or on the security area here the NCK locks are memorized.

any idea?
