Member: 1765167 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 71 | I downloaded the HWK suite minor v2.2.0.003 from the support site. But I'm having problems with the update process. Please can you give me a step by step procedure on the update process. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WILL BE ATTEMPTING AN UPDATE. I uninstall both the major suite and the Support suite. I reinstalling the support suite, it required that I have to Use updated client to update the box before I can continue. When I tried the update client, this is the message I get......
