check ur internet connection,
may be ur firewall cause the problem.

ps. no need update if u updated with 2.0.7.0 setup.

First NEVER POST YOUR HWK ID in public forum. Disable antivirus and firewall and then try.

good news for u : every one know ur hwk id ( next time hide it "E661DF7941600055")
change ur isp and change pc and use direct internet connection (no bleutoth ,no hub , .....)
