NO- ITS NOT WORKING

trying many times from last 15-20 days

Saras team should try to fix this problems,no good support and problems updating HWK no logs,really i dont understand why the need of logs for updating,if someone gets problem with soft it's normal to reinstall the programs but then you get this error.
