i did nothing i jut downlod f500 samsung and when i tried 2 log in again after the download has stop it dos give me this error waiting for support 2 resolve it

Can you tell us more clearly about "You have tried to change your browser settings to report to server"??? i only downoaded some files from your support site but no success( i've never changed anything about "browser settings"), after that i tried to log in again, my acoount is temporarity blocked

I'm very tired of your support site

Laanat hai on present hwk support system. my account has also blocked. after that total system of sarabox + hwk i have thrown away on road.

can any one help me the alternative for nokia instead of hwk please.

Can i suggest that until all these little 'issues' are resolved Fractalizer, that you unblock these accounts! I mean, it may not be user error or cheating that is causing these, but could be problem with server, uTorrent, anything!

I would say for now to look at every little issue that has happened and see why, and if it is 100000% clear that it is user trying to cheat system, or just plain stupidity or ignorance then yes block them, cos if this increases, there wont be many seeders left to seed files......

I will not unblock those accounts. They were blocked because customers attempted to bypass system security. System is wise enough to distinguish accidential attempts from intentional.
