Do as the message says, put the phone in modem mode, seems you put the phone into download mode.

Modem mode is to just turn on the phone and connect cable and allow windows to install driver.

HWK 2.0.8.2 can unlock Z400 ?

I have one, but can't read Mobile Info.

I can flashing without problem. USB port is found and everything is OK, but can't unlock.

I try with and without battery, with Download mode, when phone is on (and say Insert SIM). Nothing. HWK always said Searching USB Port.

How can i unlock this phone ?
