I think all is clearly explained!
You must use USB data cable or multiplatform box as USB to COM convertor.

Also use SagemDD_V9.5.

i have used multiplatform box with rj45.2-tx,rj45.3-rx,rj45.8-ngd, then i removed the battery and soldired the wire on rx,tx and gnd according to the huawei t202 tp picture, but still cant detect the phone,...iam sure it is a cable problem, but how to solve this? since on my knowlegde i have done the best but no success.

It`s not cable problem.
I`s your problem!

DON`T USE DONGLE UNLOCKING DEVICE!
Use proper COM port.

did you try to exchange rx and tx wires maybe you put opposite or try with other uni-box or maybe your phone is damaged it cant be detected at all
