pls need help, been having this problem unlocking with sagem jtag, always error had bought another cable built another one yet same problem , badly need help as so much work to do here with me........

problem as explained in pic and had gone thru manual to confirm....

@ Oxo_Boxo
same problem still and my cable put fone in charging mode but my frens own dont and his worked well, could that be the problem?

Post there dongle S/N, reseller name and describe the problem.

want to buy SagemJTAGunlocker!!my quistion is, if i send the logs of fone how long do i wait and recieve it the calculated codes..

My friend it depends on which model you want to unlock.Most models can be unlocked through direct unlock and you don't need to send any log to JTAG team.
But this is best solution for Sagem handsets and with the best support so far
