Use SagemDD_V5.0 and forget about not supported HT.

Anyway we prefer to receive flash.bin read with SagemDD_V5.0 or upper.

This way you will help SagemDD to continue to be the best !

- use correct cable (C2 type);
- use speed Auto;
- check cables schematic (accessible in support ftp area);

I have sagem DD device. I'm using this device for the first time so please guide me for its running process

dongle version 1.1
1. box sn number active.Sharing Account details is forbidden!
2. I have chosen all the speed control but still not working

So please tell what is the Problem for this. I done all the procedures directed as per the manual but to vein.

Can you throw some light in this regard.
