302x tooks 2 logs - GSM-Forum

hi, i have read code using sagdd v9.5 (tooks one log) but when typing code, phone shows "wrong code", so i tried direct unlock and this time phone sucsessfully unlocked and tooks also one log. why server tooks 2 logs for single imei (even code is the same) and why when entering code via keypad it was not accepted?
