Really sorry for situation with our web , we doing best to resolve problem as soon i possible.

To get your box SN - download Sagem Logger appl. from first thread message. Connect box to PC (via both cables), start appl. and press Do the Job - Serial will appears in appl. window.

Write request to Support@SagDD.com with attached :
- Box SN;
- Reseller name and location;
- User name and password;

If all is ok you will receive confirmation mail in next 24h.

Thank you for answering, I had found my box serial n° so this part is ok, the reseller is fonefunshop, so that's ok too I guess, but about username and password, do I choose them or should it be supplied by the reseller ?

All tree files can be accessed without any problem - search problem in yours PC.

About phone log - you can see that phone are not currently supported.

any way

I'm planning to buy a new box. Will it need activation for e-gold phones like huawei g1158, or the box will unlock these phones without buying activation for e-gold?

Do you have old SagDD box or rocker dongle?
If yes, buy E-Gold activation only.
New box (SagDD or rocker dongle) require separate E-Gold activation for unlocking newest E-Gold based phones(including G1158).

as first I would like to thank you for long time support for sagdd box

I know that new E-gold phone require activation, but in my country there is very limited quantity of e-gold phone (from the time of Sadd activation started I have only 1customer with new E-gold phone)

can you consider to add (as option) credit consuption for non-activated users (1-2 credits/phone)?

so users can decide if they want unlimited activation (or consume credits for each unlock)
I think you will have more happy customers
