When you are able to read phone info, there no problems to unlock phone via same cable.

I did dismantle my 411 connector and I only see 3 cables (black, blue and white connected, and a separate red one cutted)

same problem to me...on second pc dongle refuses to work.It's recognized if is conected or not,but phone in unconected.Even nor react if disconect usb ( power i guess) cable,always the same,onli blue led lights,and prog stuck in 6,6% and stop with bootloader fault,but doesn't start comunication at all.

I repeat ,my saga..on my lap,dongle was newer worked,but on my PC,it worked for unlock one phone,and after 1 week,he refuses to work,with same simptoms like on my lap.

Cables is not same but if you look on box RJ45 pinout in support area
it can be rearranged.

- bad TP adapter;
- wrong TP connection;
- too long "cable + wires" - total length must be less than 30 cm;
- damaged TP on board or in MCU - always use solder iron with 24V heater.

I also encountered this problem when not connecting usb power, only parallel port...........yes, i know that it is an stupid thing but when connecting and disconnecting 100 times 30 boxes / day, it happens...

When models with tp will be supported with only usb cable....i prefer pay credit that to be soldring break tp and looking for tp that i don't have and trying to use other one similir and .....
I think better it to pay, charge customers and if fast and clean...customer happy, i am happy and server happy.
right now i spent more than 1 hour with VS3, that i don t find tp adapter.... i was trying my c2, tp as i read in a post of product supprter and no chance...
back to customer....at least i did 4 n73 and my day is not gone free :-)

The mention cable isn't known for me...
There is a lot of cable which can be compatible with SagDD software. We have a thread about this.
Better ask your seller or other customer with similar cable type!
We prefer to use USB-TO-COM cable type AC101.

You can, but on your responsiblity.
External power source must give 5V +- 10%

I guess the power souply is not so good on my box,or on my lap ,and I will try external .

Witch led's must ligt when box is conected,and,if phone is conected,or not,do it must light TX and RX,or not,because,on my box,ony light blue led,even after comand DO JOB,ONLy blue led,tx and rx not even try to light. Of course,i Can't unlock MY501C,always error.

Do I need conect that phone with mini usb,or is enought 7 pins tp conection directly on sagdd. Its AZxx chip.

Don`t change power source.
SagDD is not sensitive to power voltage.
Usually with some PC`s it work without connected (not recommended) USB cable.
About 501C.
We recommend to connect charger before "Do the Job".
