hello friends personal micomentario after reading everything you wrote on this subject would be better to ask the manufacturer through this forum that is the ofcial of SagemDD to give us a solution to this issue as I can say also that I tested all the cables converters lpt to usb port and serial and also to convert the clip and nothing samrt could not connect up the hope that the moderators take into account my opinion and so we can solve this problem thanks

Smartcip adapter works with SagDD 100%?
