cant login in software of sagdd service tool 9.6 - GSM-Forum

Respected sir, i have very strange problem in sagdd when i use suport site than i enter my username and password all is ok
but when i enter my username and password in service tool than it says access denied

so sir what is problem in my box

please help me about this strange problem
