1.What is a problem..explain it more clear
2.This FW(HT) are supported (you can check here before post : SagemJtagUnlocker Support)

yah have unlocked it many time

l also have the same problem and l get the codes and when l put them in the phone it says wrong codes if l say direct unlock it says unlocked but when l insert my sim it says paytcode can any one help me.l have a brand new sagdd that has unlocke 0 mobiles.

1. Post your problem to support mail - sagemdd@yahoo.de. Also post phone info.
2. Restore default lock and tell us what phone shows without SIM.
If phone shows SIM locked without SIM, try to repair phone with SagemDD_V5.7.

l connected to the srever and it unlocked direct. l will take you advice for any other problems l will get thanks for reply
