Cant unlock VS5 - GSM-Forum

I'm new user of this box,and i cant unlock vs5 with newest soft.I'm using usb cable,i connect usb(virtual com 180) after that i connect 3 in 1 cable to usb cable ,and then i connect to phone,i do steps as soft says but i cant get the phone detected.
Is there any problem in connection? or cables are wrong how can i repair them.

Use SagemDD V7.5 for TI based phones.

i have successfully unlock many v5 with sagem-dd great thanks to sagdd team
