Connection problem with sagem V8.5 !!!

with version 8.3 I unlocked without problem all phones ( with logs via RJ45 Infinity Box )...with the last version 8.5 I couldn't connect via Infinity Box ...it gave me this message everytime :

Q. How can I unlock with the last version 8.5?
I am new user ...I don't know very much about this box but I unlocked over 30 phones without any problem ...i consider it to be a very safe box, easy to use and works very fast !

SagemEG version is not related to your problem!
Since one week all users used SagemEG_V8.5 without any problem.
So, the problem is in another place.
What phone you can`t unlock?

these are the logs from the last three phones(phones unlocked with logs and without test points, which were unlocked with ver.8.3 right after i tried with ver. 8.5)....iI will try to pay more attention to all details next time ...but every time i do this : I connect the Dongle to LPT1 an to USB cable, I connect Infinity Box to USB, I open the program ver.8.5 ( user name, pass and use internet connection ), i choose port( every time the same one ) and i hit " do the job " ...when i try 2,3 times with ver.8.5 and i doesn't work , i open ver.8.3 and it works every time ...the only differences between the 2 programs are : at ver. 8.3 next to the button "do the Job" I have "unlock device" and "phone speed" that is set to 115200 and direct unlock ...that's all !

Better pay more attention on differences between SagemDD V8.3 and SagemEG V8.5!!!!

for me this man just make confusion between sagdd v8.3 (calypso& Locosto) and sagdd E-gold V8.5 for E-gold phone.
so my dear friend first you must know difference between those phone before know witch soft of sagdd to use.

No difference in connection procedure between V8.1 and 8.5.
You have got Bsnl g 200 cf with new flash type.
