M trying to unlock sagem myx-5m,i have the right cable pinout but if i click Do the job(unlock) button its stuck on 6.6% and reads PROBLEM:Failed to read IMEI! I kindly nid solution

Wrong cable connector or incompatible data cable set are in use!
