i have tryed savaral times to unlock 2 set but always getting the same error.

changed cable, changed TP but still the same

using DC power supply but same result.

and now checked with more then 7 sets and result is same

tryed in every possible way. but still same. i have unlocked many sagem since 6-8 months ago with DD.

leave phone speed auto... not 19200

phone must b on with full batry and still same then change cable or try to change speed manualy as well

hi i have the same prob ....sag like myx1 myx5 myx2 works without prob...but sag like sag my3-2...my400 my 212 my100 my200 does'nt work any way...failed to read imei...at any speed manual mode auto speed....cables are ok tp are ney (i solder tp on the board)...thks and brg

You talk about different phone cables.
So, check C-2 cable (seems it`s damaged), don`t use WONU cable.

(TP are not related to this problem)
