third party box cables aren't compatible with SagDD box. You have two options : - buy additional virtual com port cable (like type AC101), which connect phone to PC USB port; - use third-party box connected to PC with data cables set (box must offer virtual com port service!); btw, - use correct version of SagemEG client!
