My401x stop at 97.7% - GSM-Forum

Hi
I've a problem to unlock a My401x.
Analyse stop at 97.7% , phone turn On and i got this error:

MEI: 3529110124XXXX-X; PROBLEM: Can't calculate unlock code!

Is there a sollution to this problem?

Your phone is already unlocked!
Server can`t calculate SIM unlock code for "never locked phone"

Just check phone, please.

hehehehe, very funny, a customer bring to me some phones to unlock and i don't check them all, and you're right, this phone was not locked
