Check your connection Usb and Paralel port and restart your computer

i have tested in 3 pc but nothing to do i think it's a hardware problem but the problem now it's how i can solve my problem i have opened the dongle and resolde all component but still (dongle not responding) plz jtag support NEED HELP ?
