Use lates SagDD 6.7 and unlock phone via simple usb-to-com data cable.
Read user manual for more details.

Thanks problem solved phone unlock now.

I think that best will be to make some kind of datasheet since there are hundrets of question what pinout, what cable etc:

New X100 - use USB cable to direct UNLOCK - NO OTHER WAY !
New 210X/212X/214X/215X - desolder phone and solder via wires or use TP adapter - NO OTHER WAY !
New 400C/401C - desolder phone and solder via wires or use TP adapter - NO OTHER WAY !
New 411X/300C/511Xi/202C/200C - use NEW Type of connector or open phone and find TX, RX signal (alternative use remaked other tpye of connector but can be communication problem)

Such list will avoid over 50 new threads with question - what pinout, etc

No offense to anyone ofcourse
