what does it mean, is this HT supported?

What exactly say phone ? SIM Locked or Phone Code ?

You or someone before you used funny unlocking solution.
Now your phone is permanently locked.
Solutions:
- Restore default lock and put code again;
- direct unlock via On-line server.

BTW, if HT is not supported you will get server message : "Read flash, then send it to support mail!"
