My-V55 hardware faillure phone blocked - GSM-Forum

How repair this problem?
I read code sucessfull, put in to phone (last try) and phone say " hardware faillure phone blocked". After that`s I try restore defaults lock (sucessfull) and still some problem.
Any solution to repair this problem?

How to read this field? Wich program to use?
Sagem_dr not read any fields with this phone.
