sagemjtag team has the pinout for my401C for serial cable?
we need it to read the flash file

what connector type it's got ? if miniUSB then just connect miniUSB normal cable and install Sagem Drivers- it will create virtual COM port from where you can read all data - similar as on 501X etc

I think that your advice can`t help about phone booting and flash read.

Just looks carefully on support area.
Pinout for my200C, my202C, my300C, my411X, my411V, my411CV, my700X is same.

i have the same problem like urs but i just solve it now by this way change the tx to rx and rx to tx thats how i solve my problem just now
