my401z always unlocking error...help mr oxoboxo...l!

i have sagem my-401z for unlocking it always showthe following error

(1) unknown phone
(2) boot loader failed
(3)imei not readed

1. Check TP adapter or solder wires.
2. Another users not have problems with my401Z same FW:

Unlock phone!
Seems you has did something wrong.
Unlocking my401Z is easy like my501C.
I not know what is your mistake because I could not see how you works.
Usually the problem is bad TP adapter or wrong TP connection.
Sometimes not connected battery or LCD.

All about "Bootloader failed" error :
- bad TP adapter;
- wrong TP connection;
- too long "cable + wires" - total length must be less than 30 cm;
- damaged TP on board or in MCU - always use solder iron with 24V heater.
