I think , system connector is mini USB.
So, follow procedure:

If possible, open phone and read MCU indication.

Regrettably it`s LoCosto based phone!
Supported only via our "special service"
It`s strange, but flash chip is not glued!

Can you send to support mail ( [email protected]) picture of connector area?

Seems it`s more easy to desolder/solder flash chip.
But I`m not sure, because phone was not in my hand.
I`m sure that we can unlock this phone via our "special service". Definitely!
