My411x connection problem-help me

i have a my411x phone code problem-i have done near three my411x using logs.but this one i failed.connector details as below(using infinity)

rj45 connector
2-----------------10
3-----------------12
7-----------------1

but this phone after detect phone analysed failed.tried all speeds-can not.

what i do as a next step-help me
