To all SagemDD users who need unlocking solution for my501X!

1.Get MiniUSB data cable (same as used for photo camera) ;
2.Download from ; http://www.planetsagem.com/index.php...river_download 20060407_sagem_usb_drivers_setup.exe ;
3.Connect PC to Phone via data cable and start installing drivers ;
4.Wait until installation finish successfull ;
5.Disconnect phone from cable and reconnect it again. Windows will report for "SAGEM USB Mobile Communication Device".
Follow installing process! Finally check in Device Manager for succefull instaled device with such name!
6.Start "Sagem Tools", select COM port from list box (select the last in list),
Check DTR and RTS checkboxess and do Read Infos ;
7.Post result's here or send to support mail - [email protected].
8.This way you will help about sooner SagemDD update!

Remember, my501X and my501C are different phones . Solution for my501C was rereleased few days ago.

Another question , my501x have security code ,can we remove it ?

When phone is already connected to PC, you can read/edit Field 100 (where is stored security code)!
Any software for fields read/write can be used, as sagem doctor for examp!
Do it then check are phone is network locked ?

so i have changed field 100 to 00 00 00 00 and then enter 00000000 for security ,and it worked !
I have checked ,phone have not operator lock , so it is FREE

you must register with SAGEM phone ,but o.k i'l try to upload hier
