I get this back when i do C2-3

TP are 100% correct - use short wires, clear wires soldering and good USB power supplay from PC!

yep, TP are correct havent yet done one that has come up with the code but the log service has been excellent. If you having problems must be bad connections

A little confusion.
The Rj45 connector that connect to the testpoint jig. has 4 wires...
If i count (on either side) of the rj45 connector , the pins are 2,3, and 6,7. but the pins shows in the pictures are 2,3 and 7,8 (i.e. 9.2, 9.3 and 9.7 , 9.8)

please explain it to me.

DB9.2, DB9.3 and DB9.7 ,DB9.8 mean DB9 pinout for plastic box!

Use "Cables Plastic Box.gif" and "TP RJ45.jpg" pictures from support area!
If you have metalic box use "Cable Metal Box.gif" and "TP RJ45.jpg"!
