i am loggen on server but a can unlock

I not see any error!
I see Log and server message "Read flash, then send it to support mail!"
Do it!
Also I recommend you - read again about Step2 possibilities.
Your phone was produced as not SIM locked (never locked).
So, see carefully what is problem.
If phone shows SIM locked without SIM, you must do CRC repair.
But firstly read flash.bin and send it to support mail, because HT(60 50 01) is unknown for us.
