i need to unlock my401v. so how to unlock it?
and i need pin out "rx,tx,gnd" please.

Read proper manuals or threads.
Use USB Data cable and C-2 connector.
If you not have original USB Data cable make it itself.

sir the same process of my401c??? (to unlock my401v)
The SagemEG V7.8 support Sagem E-GOLDlite based phones only.
For my401C you must use SagemDD_V7.5!
About process of unlocking - in few words:
- Get USB-TO-COM cable;
- Disassemble phone and solder Rx,Tx and GND to phone pcb;
- Start SagDD, connect to server;
- Press |Do the Job|, press shortly phone power-on btn. (phone must be power off);
- Receive code from server or wait until direct unlock finish (if this option is selected);
- Assemble phone and enter code via keyboard ;

sir i clear understand that pdf. but not understanding where conect rx,tx,? because i dont have usb data cable.
can i use wonu-5 data cable? which is come from sagdd ?from that i can take rx,tx???and conect usb to com cable???

You not understand !
Connect Rx, Tx to USB data cable via phone connector.
It`s same like myC-2 connector.
Look again picture in pdf file.
Pinout is accessible on support area.
Original USB Data cable have 3 phone connectors, Mc9xx type, myC-2 type my700X type.
