here is the problem i have sagdd but not the cable for my220x/220v i need it to unlock these phones and tell me if it's free for unlock with sagemEG v8.5

Check your USB data cable (USB to COM convertor).
Maybe Rx and Tx are swaped. You can check cable with SagemTools and my200C, my300C, my411, my511, VF526, VF527 (same connector).
Checking procedure was described many times here.
