i cant unlocked myc5-3
during unlocking net interrupted and code not shown.
credit used.

About lost credit. Send request to right place - [email protected]. You will get unlock code or lost credit in next 15 - 120 min

About your second problem. Check MCU type, use proper unlocking device (cable)

BTW, Rx, Tx and GND are same for both cables (USB cable and box cable).
Schematics for box cables are accesible on www.sagdd.com.
