Hi sagdd team, my problem that some one else using my credit, I lost credit without using them, and when I try to use server the connection automaticly unchecked and give error, I allready asked you for help by mail and u said this is not my box even I am sur 100% it's mine more than 7 years ago, I bough credit directly for support by sending them mail and they gave me their paypal and I paid them directly, you asked me by mail to do a request by first mail I activate the box, I did as you said but after that no answer from you????? here is full details and conversation by mail:

after this my credit are added and I unlocked just about 2 or 3 phones then give me error after that write you mail again

Hi sagdd team, can you please help me, my problem is that I lost my credit without useing them I had more than 110 credit now I have just 10 credit, and the big problem that when try to unlock any phone with server the internet server autmaticly unchecked and give this error:

If you really have used your box normaly, you should remember correct user name!
Someone have used box S/N 15110214 succesfully on 26-Nov-2013.
If you forget the correct user name, just send request via registered mail [email protected]

shame on you sagdd, no answer for me, it's too bad to see some one else using my credit, I paid you for 150 credit and now I see them gone one by one, these credit are like virus, since I put them on my box, I can't use it any more, ths is shamed
