Repeat Flash read.
Close SagemEG, run it bagain, press Read flash (slow).
SagemEG will read rest ot flash.bin and will complete full flash.bin.

also this firmware but i can't read flash now as i don't see how to remove and put back battery for a phone like that where battery is soldered on pcb phone.

You not know what you talk about!:mad
Not supported phones could be read with "Read flash slow" method only!
So, for what battery you talk about??????

Also, if batterry is soldered you can use ON/OFF button, instead to remove battery.

i already read flash and send to support so update and let me test ON/OFF button as you said but i didn't know that it can work by the that way as your soft ask for remove and put back battery then press ON ... reason why i ask in mail to you.

Few FW from such phones already supported - check first post.
If you FW aren't supported yet - just read flash.bin (slow) and send to [email protected] or upload to free ftp.
