I have a problem with the computer phone communication so far I have worked all vodafone and sagem myx7 with version 8.5 and since he was removed from the server can not realize that communication with version 10.1 I profilic communicate through a common com usb I went through normal com but nothing. strange is that the same combination with the same cables worked on a 8.5 to 10.1 does not give anyone know what the problem was thanks

1.Use proper client SagemDD or SagemEG;
2.Install latest OS drivers for yours USB-to-COM cable
(preferred is Prolific based);
3.Use proper unlocking option - dongle or ComX;
