Problem with my box


I have a problem with my SagDD box.
Its the old silver box. A while back it lost complete power and nothing happened when i plugged in the usb.
I have changed the crystal with an identical one and now the box powers but when i try to do any operation using the server it fails and the server returns the message "Wrong Box"
My box is 10000000% original and purchased from ipmart in 2005.

Any hope for my box getting sorted ???
Stand alone operations work fine .........

Wrong box means wrong box even if it`s 100000000000000000000% original?
Do you undestand??????????????

I don't appreciate being called a liar as is implied from this response ...
my box serial can be verified
I am not taking any chances or trying to bull**** anyone here.
I would appreciate a little bit of mutual trust if thats too much to ask for ........
If need be i can even provide my original order forms from ipmart from 2005 !!!
You can verify that my box is original ...
My support login is techie786 and i'm sure you can verify when i actually registered my account .......

Always post similar problem to support.
WRONG BOX MEANS WRONG BOX (wrong S/N, wrong hiden ID, wrong ....)!
IS THIS SO DIFFICULT FOR UNDERSTANDING?
No one can help you here!
So, post the problem to support and don`t talk here about lies , trust, bull**** 100000000005 and other bla, bla.
You want support for 3 years old box and you could get it.
But you must respect our work and our recommendation.
I think it is not so much.
