hello, i own 2 sagdd. i am an old user of software and know how to use sagdd.

since yesterday, i am getting a problem with one of them. i got : problem speed failed and box do not read anything. its not cable or ltp port or voltage problem of usb. i guess its the box itself. i cannot say how this happen as this box is used at one of my shops and i really don't know what if my people fu. ck something up with it.. anyway, now i want a solution. who can help?

also i notice that where the serial number is shown: its written "protected'. what does that supposed to mean. the other box is ok and kicking!

check rj45 connector and lpt port connector on box might solve ur problem

what phone you trayed to unlock or read ,if it.s a x1-2 or x1trio spedd must be 19200 but if it,s other sagem phone spedd should be auto so verifie spedd and tell me what spedd you use
