since i bought my log,i cant use on any phone.now i got my210x,connected testpoint correctly according to pic in support,but software cant see the phone.always bootloader failed

1000% cable problem.
Test your USB data cable or USB to COM convertor with SagemTools (described here many times).
Unlocking Sec. Calypso+ , LoCosto and E-Gold based phones with working USB data cable is incredible easy !

ya man.that is true.i have done it.thanks. am very happy with this my box ever since i threw my sws-sag in dustbin.but please try and solve flashing of ******* phones in sagdd.i think every owner of sagdd will be happy if u do that.

So, what from this follows??????
Connect 3 TP to your USB data cable (RJ45 male connector and any old TP adapter as test pcb) and check connection with SagemTools.
If SagemTools read phone info you will unlock your phone with SagemDD in less than 1 min.
