Sagdd activation - GSM-Forum

Hi.
I activate one year ago my Sagdd box and now when i try to unlock an MYX6-2 say i havent enough credit.
Please tell me why i pay at that time?What mean that activation?I dont win anything after this activation.I understand i didnt need credit anymore.But seems is only to loose money.
This is very sad for customers.
Please do something about that.

Unlock via SagemDD and data cable only. How it work read from attached manual.

My X6-2; My-V76; My-E77; ....

- E-GOLDPlus based phones
Phone unlock, repair BLOCKED or IMEI damaged phones require unlimited paid activation!
Recommended unlockers are:
SagULC2plus_V22.1

- E-GOLD based phones (NEW boot)
Phone unlock, repair BLOCKED or IMEI damaged phones require unlimited paid activation!
Recommended unlockers are:
SagemEG_V19.x

what unclear you found here ?

I understand now.
But my opinion is old phones unlock must done without credits after activation.

Sorry, EG activation are service ONLY for Infinion EGOLD based phones specified in list
