usb cable contained in the manual is not the same as that comes in the box, is very different, also the "alleged" wire "RJ45" for tespoint, is very different.,
in conclusion: totally outdated manual ...

This box was registered and successfully used 2 years ago!
But in last 5 months I had not seen even one attempt to logging-in server with registered for this box login name and pass.
NO WAY TO GET CODE FROM SERVER WITH WRONG USER NAME AND PASS!!!

Who has used this box??
Why you not asked him how to use SagDD?

It`s incredible easy and clearly.
Just read carefully both pdf files.

Unlocking with Dongle Unlocking Device.pdf
Unlocking with USB DATA Cable.pdf


Old phones you can unlock by choosing Dongle Unlocking Device like in your screenshot.
But you must use Simple DATA cable 4/1 (not USB DATA cable) and proper TP adapter.
Phone speed:
115200 for my100X;
19200 for X1-trio, X1-2;
AUTO for all other models.


Newest phones (read list of supported models in same pdf files) you can unlock with USB DATA cable
But you must choose proper COM as unlocking device, not Dongle like in your screenshot.


BTW, in last 5 months there is not any e-mail in our mail box from registered owner of this SagDD box.
