SagDD and VS5

Please, sorry for my inglish and sorry for my question, i´m new user of SagDD.

I have a one VS5, firs phone i conect to SagDD. I read many post and read pdf help for connect this phone.

My box is buy for Ipmart and i have a one Prolific cable by 3 connectors to phone, one conector to usb and one conector to rj45.

I install drivers of support for this cable, i connect to usb to pc, and connect phone conector. I conect SagDD to the lpt port and run software.

Put "Unlock Device" to com port create for prolific cable and run "Do jobs", soft said

1. Remove the battery and then insert it again!
2. Press Power ON shortly!

I made this but alwais

PROBLEM: Bootloader failed!

But my cable prolific is ok, but not have other phone for test. I read many post for this problem and i read any post for cable rj45 conect to other box by emulate port.

I have (and others) USTpro2 and i need test this for unlock VS5, my question for test this is,

Is pinout for VS5 the same what MyC2???

P.D. I have credits (40) and i have conection to internet and server. Cable prolific not conect for flash read.

look this phone is not free you can unlock it with sagdd+1log and used cable sagem myc2 + com for multibox or furious
1-open sadd software v7.5
2-in unlock device choose you com
3-connect server
4-do the job
5- touch power

Yes, myVS5 have system connector - myC-2 type.
Pinout is accessible in support area.

Before start unlocking (in case of connection problems) - try to read phone infos via Sagem Tools . Phone must be on!

I test Prolific cable in Sagem Tools and dont work, not read IMEI info. Testet varius speeds and dont work. Problem Prolific cable, but is original of SagDD, i buy in ipmar box SagDD and test point incluise this cable last week.

I testet cable to rj45 and Ust and post result.

Don't forget to use latest cable driver from support area and correct COM port N selection in Sagem Tools and SagDD!

Dosn´t work for me.

Phone is ok, two phones tested an 100% charge batery.
Only drivers for support is installed

Any idea???, I need buy another cable for test, but this cable is in original set of box, i buyed last week in Ipmart.

If cable not work with SagemTools it wll not work with SagemDD too.
Check cable with SagemTools and Sagem phone which have different connector.
If work just replace Rx and Tx in C-2 connector.

Cable problem, i solved, bad contact in pinout, rx and tx contact.

Repair cable and read phone ok
