Sagem MYX2-2 - Wrong Codes

Hi,

I have a white Sagem MYX2-2 - the jtag software has given me the wrong codes three times, twice using 3.6 and logged onto server - then I saw Jtag 3.7 so I tried that - but still the same.

Here is a log from Jtag window:

Direct unlock succeeded.
1. Remove the battery and then insert it again!
2. Power ON phone!
3. Press 'Space' key, 'Enter' key or 'Direct Unlock' button!
IMEI: 35834200223136-7;
Code: 34568871-92;
Phone Info:
413423601785 JA3,LC: 130505 1434; HT (05 00 01); Phone Code: 00000000

Here is what Jtag has returned - it says phone is direct unlocked - I switch on phone without sim and it says "Insert Sim Card" - so it doesn't have the Sim Locked fault - then when I put in a different network sim card it says "Sim Locked" I have entered codes but to no avail - it says error and then the timer starts incrementing and counting down.

Is there any fix for this? I have previously seen people with Sagem's stuck on the Sim Locked screen - even without a sim in the phone - but this is not the problem in my case - I think Jtag has given wrong codes.

Please help - phone is here for another couple of hours so if flash needs to be read then no problems, as we speak I am reading a copy of the flash.

br,
Danny.

Hi already reading flash so will send as soon as it's read.

Can I just say - it should be intended for customers to post little problems first as other users may have fixed problems like this - and it's good for customers to be able to lookup problems if they have a problem and then take appropriate action to help fix it, this is what forum's are all about Latigido.

br,
Danny.

No problem, man!
But I must to say again, if you need fast support, firstly send mail with your problem to [email protected].

After that, post here all what you wish (all about Sagem unlocking and about our product)!

Email with flash attached has been sent.

Please be aware that our email address's have changed - we are now using @ mobilextreme.co.uk address's - we had to wait for around 2 months for the domain hosting company and web space company to release the IPS Tags etc so we could move everything to a friend who provides hosting etc - so instead of hotmail we now have our own pop3 and ADSL 2+ connection with fast up speeds and 20+ mbps down.

Just bare the email address's in mind so you don't think its someone else (just as we are trusted by jtag support highly and dont want to loose that reputation).

br,
Danny.

IMEI: 35834200223136-7; Code: 34568871-92
Code is 100% correct!
Restore default lock and put code again!
If not work try this:
Code: 23957283-44

Post results!
